2. I accidentally typed in wrong shipping address during order, can I change?
For any alterations of your order shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible by using our
contact form. Please note that we are unable to redirect your order to another address once it has been dispatched.

5. Which shipping service do you recommend?
There are risks that order shipped by Standard Shipping might lost or stuck in customs depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, please choose "Express Shipping" to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.
6. When will my order ship? Is there a tracking number?
Most purchases are dispatched from our warehouse in Malaysia after 48 hours processing time. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your package tracking number within 4 working days from your purchase date. Please note that during sale periods there may be a slight delay in getting the shipment confirmation email. All orders are processed rapidly in a timely manner ensuring the shipments arrive on schedule.
7. Why can't I track my order? There is no record?
Order shipped by Standard Shipping is not immediate traceable, please allow 5-7 working days for your country local postal service to update in their tracking system. Please note that most of the countries local postal services do not provide detailed online tracking information for packages shipped via Standard Shipping, also known as Registered Mail.
8. What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Please note that the delivery time we provided is approximate or estimated. Actual delivery time of STANDARD Shipping is still subject to technical error of your country local postal services, slow customs clearance process during period of heavy mail traffic, location of address, transport conditions, for instance, weather, or otherwise.
9. Important notice on Customs fees, duties or taxes.
Our prices do not include Customs fees, duties or taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery.
10. Package left unclaimed or Invalid shipping address
Based on our policy, if your package return to us with the reason of:
• Addressee not found
• Package left unclaimed
• Invalid shipping address
We will cancel and reimburse (exclude shipping fee) your order upon receiving of the return package.
