DELIVERY We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to customers as soon as possible after the shipment is initiated. Note that we do not update your order status instantly after it is shipped, please allow time for us to process. For orders shipped by Express shipping method, delivery usually takes 5 working days (assume no delays). Tracking number is available, you can track your package real time. For orders shipped by standard shipping, delivery usually takes 12-15 working days but is approximate or estimated. Please note that your package actual delivery time is subject to delay by technical error of your country local postal services, slow customs clearance process during period of heavy mail traffic, location of address, transport conditions, for instance, weather, or otherwise. Tracking number is available but with no detailed information on delivery. Signature is mandatory All orders require a signature upon receipt. Shipping to P.O Box address is strictly not allowed. Changing of shipping address We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
