RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you received item(s) that is damage or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to arrange for a return. Item(s) shipped to HoneyColor.com without contacting us will not be accepted.

Before you contact us, please have your order number available. You can find your order number in your order history by sign in to your account. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the defect, preferably with pictures on the item(s), before contacting us.

Should a return be necessary, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. If you have discarded the original packaging, please pack the item(s) by your own method or contact us for more details, we will guide you through the process.

Returned items must be in sealed and good condition. Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for replacement.

The time period for the whole process of return includes:
• The transit time for us to receive your return (7-10 business days)
• The time it takes us to process your return (2-3 business days), and
• The transit time for you to receive the shipment of replacement lens (10-14 business days)


Please note that :
We only provide replacement lens if your item(s) proved to be manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping fees shall be borne by buyers, we only responsible for it in the case of our mistakes.


We will notify you via email of your replacement shipment tracking number once it is shipped.
