Can an individual with perfect vision wear cosmetic contact lenses?
Yes, plano or non-powered (0.00) cosmetic contact lenses are available for those who do not need visual correction. However, we strongly recommend you to go for an eye examination by your eye care practitioner to verify proper fit and suitability of the contact lens wearing before you purchase
Do you happen to have toric contact lenses in stock?
Currently, Honeycolor.com does not carry any toric cosmetic contact lenses for astigmatism.
What if I have a strong prescription?
Full range of prescription for cosmetic contact lenses is available to be chosen in Honeycolor.com, ranging from -0.00D to -10.00D. Please constantly refer to us for the current stock that we have.
Are these cosmetic contact lenses safe to wear?
Yes, our lenses are safe to use if you have your lenses properly fitted and follow proper lens care procedures. Please remember that these lenses are for cosmetic purpose and should not be worn in excess of the recommended wearing schedule of not more than 8 hours per day.
How do I choose cosmetic contact lenses?
One should choose them based on color that is suitable and seemly to own complexion, hair color, make-up and clothing that you are wearing.

What is the maximum hours i can wear cosmetic contact lenses in a day?
Unlike conventional lenses, these "cosmetic" contact lenses are advised not to wear more than 8 hours per day.
Why my vision becomes blur when I wear cosmetic contact lenses?
First time wearer might experience blur in vision due to reduced amount of light that enter your eyes. However, this is normal and you will slowly adapt to the changes after several times of wearing. Please consult your eye care practitioner for a beginner suggested wearing schedule.

Can I view the price of items in a different currency?
Yes, just look for the currency tab at the right side bar. There are only 2 currencies available at the moment which are US dollars and Euro.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please notify us as soon as possible before we dispatch your order. If an order has been processed and packed, a cancellation fee of 10% of total amount will be incurred. In the event if order has been dispatched, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return, shipping fee is non-refundable and all return fee will be at customers expense.

My order shipped by "Standard Shipping" is not delivered after 30 days, what should I do?
HoneyColor.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to the error of your local postal service. However, we will assist in investigation to find your package. There are risks that order shipped by Standard Shipping might lost or stuck in customs depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, please choose "Express Shipping" to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.

Why my order is still processing and not receiving shipment confirmation email?
