1. Before touching contact lenses, wash your hands properly with soap and water.
2. Put the lens on your palm and rinse it with several drops of saline solution. 3. Repeat rinsing process to ensure all traces of disinfecting solution used to soak your lenses is fully removed. 4. Place the lens on your index finger . 5. Open right side eyes. 6. Pull down the lower lid with the middle finger of the same hand. 7. Pull up your upper right lid gently with another hand. 8. Put your lens on. 9. Repeat the same procedure on the left lid. |
